Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 September 2026.
This site is run by Connor Lee, trading as Digital Skills Co., a sole proprietor in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers digitalskillsco.com and nothing else — websites we build for clients have their own policies.
What we collect, and only when you type it
There is no analytics on this site. No Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no advertising tags, no third-party trackers, and no cookies set by us. Reading these pages puts nothing about you into our hands.
Two forms collect information, and both only when you fill them in and press send:
- The intake questionnaire on the home page. Your name, business name, phone, email, an address if you choose to give one, and everything else you type about your business — services, service area, customers, branding, budget preference, domain ownership, timing. If you attach files, those come too.
- The change-request form, for clients on a monthly plan. Business name, your name, email, what you want changed, which page, and how urgent it is.
Do not put anything into these forms you would not put in an ordinary email. Never send a password, a card number, a Social Security number, or anything about someone’s health or finances.
Who receives it
Submissions are delivered by FormSubmit, a form-relay service that takes what you typed and emails it. It passes through FormSubmit’s servers on the way.
It arrives at [email protected], a Gmail account, and is read by Connor Lee. If you become a client, your answers are kept in Google Drive with the rest of your project file. Google therefore stores it, as your own email provider stores anything you email anybody.
That is the whole list. Nobody else gets it. We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to advertisers or data brokers, and there is no arrangement under which we could.
Our hosting provider is Cloudflare, which serves these pages and keeps ordinary server logs, including IP addresses, for a short period as part of running and protecting the network.
What we do with it
Answer you, quote the work, and build the site if you hire us. Occasionally we will email or call you about something you asked about. We do not run a marketing list and will not add you to one.
How long we keep it
If you become a client, for as long as we work together and for a period afterwards for tax and business records. If you do not, we keep the enquiry so we remember the conversation if you come back.
Getting it deleted
Email [email protected] or call (702) 680-3101 and ask. We will delete what we hold, other than records we are required to keep for tax purposes, and confirm when it is done. You can also ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to correct it.
Nevada residents: selling your information
Nevada law lets you tell a website operator not to sell your covered personal information. We do not sell it and have no plans to. If you want that on record anyway, email [email protected] with the subject line “Nevada opt-out” and we will log the request and reply.
Children
This site is for business owners. We do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent us something, tell us and we will delete it.
Links out
Links to Facebook and elsewhere go to companies with their own policies. Once you leave this site, this policy stops applying.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
